Has more than 30 years of experience negotiating and advising companies on upstream and midstream oil and gas acquisitions, divestiture, operations, financing and related transactions and activities;
Holds a bachelors degree in history from the Louisiana State University, and a juris doctorate degree from the Louisiana State University;
Is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana; and
Serves as a Vice President of International Programs for Operation Rainbow.
